Delete your account & data
You can ask us to delete your GymMantraaccount and the personal data associated with it. Submit the form below (or email us) and we'll verify your identity and process the request.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below with your name and your registered email, phone number, or username so we can locate your account.
- Or email gymmantra.in@gmail.com with the same details.
- We verify the request is genuinely from you, then delete or deactivate the account. This is usually completed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
On a verified request, we delete or anonymise your personal data, including:
- Account details (name, username, phone, email) and login credentials.
- Profile & fitness inputs (body metrics, goals, diet plans and meal logs).
- Attendance / check-in history and device push tokens.
What may be retained (and why)
Some records may be kept for a limited period where the law or legitimate business needs require it — for example, payment and invoice records your gym must retain for accounting/tax and dispute resolution. These are kept only as long as necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
If you are a gym member, note that your gym is also an operator of your membership data; certain requests may be coordinated with your gym.
