Terms of Service

1. The Service

GymMantra provides gym-management tools for owners and a fitness app for members, including member management, attendance, AI diet plans, notifications, payments tracking, and analytics. Features may change, improve, or be added over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Gym owners are responsible for the members and staff they add and for having the right to manage their data.

3. Subscriptions & fees

Gym owners may subscribe to paid plans (with any free trial stated at sign-up). Fees, billing cycles, and inclusions are shown at the time of purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for periods already used. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Payments

Member fees may be collected directly to a gym's own UPI/account or, where applicable, to the platform. GymMantra facilitates recording and reconciliation but is not a party to the underlying transaction between a member and their gym and is not responsible for disputes, refunds, or amounts collected between them.

5. AI diet plans are not medical advice

Diet plans, meal suggestions, and transformation predictions are generated by AI for general informational and fitness purposes only. They are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Consult a qualified doctor or dietitian before making significant changes, especially if you have a medical condition, allergy, or are pregnant. You use such features at your own discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• attempting to breach security, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
• using the Service to spam or harass others;
• accessing data you are not authorised to access.

7. Intellectual property

GymMantra and its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us. Your gym's content and your personal data remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (e.g. payment, liability) survive.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymMantra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
